Eyeplan is an independently managed eye care scheme that works with independent opticians in the UK and Ireland.
As an independent practice we pride ourselves on the time and care that we provide for our patients as well as the quality eyewear and lenses we offer.
Eyeplan is proud to work with independent Opticians like us across the country to help us deliver this quality care in an affordable way.
Simply put, for a small monthly payment of £11 (correct as at Aug 2022) you receive the following benefits:
- Full eye exams, monitoring of eye conditions and emergency appointments.
- Optomap
- 25% of spectacle lenses (including reglazes)
- 25% off frames
- Accidental damage cover for 2 years on all compete spectacles purchased (small excess charged for each claim and patients must be still on the scheme to make a claim)
- 10% off non prescription sunglasses
- 10% off accessories and solutions
Contact lens check ups can be included for an extra fee if required.
Contact lenses themselves can also be included in the monthly price, ask in practice for details of lens types and prices.
